For this week's True Crime Tuesday Gary & Shannon are joined by ABC News correspondent Alex Stone. Attorneys for accused University of Idaho killer want survivor to testify at preliminary hearing. A new fight is heating up in the case of Bryan Kohberger accused of killing four University of Idaho students last November. His attorneys have subpoenaed one of the survivors, who was in the house that night, to testify to try to prove his innocence at the preliminary hearing. It’s unclear how they think she might help his case. Her attorney is calling such testimony inappropriate and says the preliminary hearing should not turn into a mini-trial.
