We did it! We finally made it through all of this year's California ballot propositions, thanks to KFI News' Kris Ankarlo.
This final one is an important one. Prop 25 is the prop that if approved would do away with cash bail in California. According to Ballotpedia, here's what a "Yes" vote would do:
"A 'yes' vote is to uphold the contested legislation, Senate Bill 10 (SB 10), which would replace cash bail with risk assessments for detained suspects awaiting trials."
"A 'No' vote is to repeal the contested legislation, Senate Bill 10 (SB 10), thus keeping in place the use of cash bail for detained suspects awaiting trial."
Kris went through both sides of the arguments on Prop 25, and did the same thing for all of the ballot propositions.
