Next up on the list of propositions to go through is Prop15, which has roots going back to 1978's Prop 13.
A yes on Proposition 15 would raise property taxes on commercial properties worth more than $3 million. The "Yes" side says the income from the taxes would go to schools and local governments, but the "No" side says that won't happen at all.
The "No" side argues the cost of raising taxes on businesses will just be passed down to the consumers, ultimately raising the cost of living for everyone in California and hurting middle and lower class people.
