Boy gives away his Baby Yoda to Oregon firefighters

We all love Baby Yoda. We love him so much we got one of our own! One thoughtful 5-year-old boy wanted to cheer up firefighters working hard in Oregon, so he gifted them with his own Baby Yoda doll.

Carver and his grandmother, Sasha Tinning, were shopping when they came across the last remaining doll on the shelf. Tinning told KPTV:

“He was the last one on the shelf, just staring at us saying, ‘Take me with you! I need to go with you.’ So that’s kind of how it started."

They bought the doll and dropped it off a supply drive for firefighters, and attached a note to it which read:

"Here is a friend for you in case you get lonely. Love, Carver."

The Baby Yoda doll has been making the rounds, traveling to different fire camps and bringing a tiny bit of joy to the men and women and the front lines of the fires.

You can follow Baby Yoda's travels on the Baby Yoda Fights Fires Facebook page!
