Today we talked to Katia Bagatta, owner of Bistro K in Laguna Nigel. Bistro K has a great family history, and they're still open for business. The following is a statement from Katia on their website:
First, I want to express my sincere concern for everyone who has been directly impacted by the coronavirus.
For years Bistro K has been taking care of its employees so they can take great care of you our patrons, friends and family. We are all proud members of Orange County and have dedicated ourselves to serving great food and memorable times to all who visit here.
We are reducing our restaurant operations to Take Out and Delivery ONLY so that all of us can stay healthy and celebrate together sometime in the near future.
We will continue to offer numerous ways to continue serving you:
Take Out via direct phone, e-mail and FAX orders: Menus are on our website, simply call, email or fax your order in... You will receive a confirmation that the order was received as well as an estimate of when your order will be ready, then you just come down and pick it up.
Delivery with any of our partners: Order online and let them deliver to you. Door Dash/GrubHub/Postmates
