Today Mo’Kelly, in for Gary and Shannon, played back his amazing interview with Brian Banks. Banks, a former Long Beach Poly football star, was falsely accused of kidnapping and rape and spent years in prison struggling to clear his name.

In the five years after he was released, Brian continued the fight to clear his name and his record. A movie about his struggle titled “Brian Banks,” starring Aldis Hodge, Greg Kinnear, and Sheri Shepard, is in theaters this weekend and will share his story with the rest of the country.

Mo’ talked to Brian for an hour about the new movie, his past, and how he’s doing now.
