Los Angeles County filed a lawsuit against Grubhub for alleged deceptive business practices.

The lawsuit includes claims of hidden fees, unfair restaurant listings, misleading driver benefit fees, and refund policies impacting restaurants.
Los Angeles County is looking to stop these practices and fine the company.
