Recollecting the task of making those clock adjustments when Daylight Saving Time rolls around can often prove to be quite an annoying chore. However, as it so happens, this yearly temporal transition can genuinely become a veritable source of distress for many folks.

The learned experts inform us that the mere act of rearranging our sleep patterns during this temporal shift can, in fact, serve as a catalyst for those bothersome 'cluster headaches,' especially among individuals who are already predisposed to experiencing migraines.

It's of considerable significance to take into account that any alteration in our circadian rhythm, and this includes fiddling with time zones, holds the potential to kickstart these rather vexing cluster headaches.

Therefore, as the advent of Daylight-Saving Time on the horizon approaches, with its commencement scheduled for none other than Sunday, November 5th, it would be prudent to brace oneself for not just the impending clock adjustment but also the possibility of a headache tagging along for the ride.
