The death toll in Russia’s attack on a Ukrainian shopping mall Monday has risen to 10, according to the deputy head of office of the president of Ukraine.
- The new figure, announced by Kyrylo Tymoshenko, comes after eight more bodies were recovered from the rubble on Monday. At least 40 people were injured in the missile attack, at least nine of whom are in serious condition, he says.
- Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky says more than 1,000 people were in the mall when the attack occurred.
- Could attacks like these be stopped if the rest of the world ganged up on Russia?
