A military aircraft carrying five U.S. Marines crashed in the California desert on Wednesday afternoon.
- The aircraft was an MV-22B Osprey, based out of Camp Pendleton in San Diego. It went down near Glamis, about 50 miles from the U.S.-Mexico border.
- Five U.S. Marines were killed when a military aircraft crashed during a training mission.
