A 75-year-old man from Quebec has set a new world record!

Tanio Helou entered the Guinness Book of Records this week by becoming the oldest man to do a headstand.

Helou told Guinness that he started working on doing the move while looking to obtain a healthy lifestyle after he retired at the age of 55.

For daily exercise, Helou says he includes a headstand with a 20-minute run and 20 pushups.

"Renewing his commitment to fitness has kept him sane and enabled him to stay in good physical health, and winning the title has made him as excited as a child again," daughter Rola Helou said.
