Sad night for music fans. First we heard about the loss of Helen Reddy and now legendary singer, songwriter and actor Mac Davis. Davis passed away in Nashville following open-heart surgery, he was 78.
Name it and Mac Davis did it. Davis had songs that he performed and songs that he wrote for super-stars on the top of the charts. He wrote, acted, headlined in Vegas, performed on Broadway and was a music publisher.
