Diet Drinks Linked to Dementia and Stroke

A new study published in the American Heart Association's journal Stroke says that diet drinks can triple your risk for stroke and dementia. Scientist believe the artificial sweeteners aspartame and saccharine could be affecting the blood vessels that trigger the diseases. There was no link found between sugar-sweetened sodas and fruit drinks.
