Today's edition of Hack in a Dumpster features California Attorney General Xavier Becerra. He's getting tossed in because he approved language for Assemblyman Travis Allen's (R-Huntington Beach) gas tax repeal initiative that makes absolutely no sense at all.
The title and summary should just say "repeal the gas tax," but this is what Becerra came up with:
“Eliminates Independent Office of Audits and Investigations, which is responsible for ensuring accountability in the use of revenue for transportation projects.”
It's another disgusting attempt from the Democrats to stop the people from repealing this massive money grab they forced on us.
