Omar Mawas, his father, became a franchisee in 2007. Mawas Jr. officially started working at Farmer Boys at the age of 16 and has grown with the brand ever since. Today, he’s an Area Manager overseeing 11 locations with 2 additional Mawas locations currently under construction and is a senior at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.
