The newest thing they're excited about is the Cooper Classic Cheesesteak, which is made with creamy, tangy Cooper Sharp cheese and served on an authentic Philly seeded roll for that perfect crunch. Cooper Sharp has been around for more than a century and has a huge following in the Northeast. For a lot of people back east, it’s the taste of home and a point of regional pride. It's now available along with the Sharp Italian Hoagie that is packed with Boar's Head Italian Meats, Cooper Sharp cheese, and the same seeded roll.
