Chef Moaz Fathers Day Brunch at Carmel

This Father’s Day, Melrose’s newest Mediterranean restaurant, Carmel will launch their brunch service. The Tel Aviv influenced and Levantine inspired menu will include Chef Asi Moaz’s beloved hummus, which developed a cult following while he helmed NYC’s 19 Cleveland. It will be offered in limited quantities and only available to brunch. Take a listen!

Menu highlights include:

 

Turkish Ikra, kalamata olives, spring onions

 

Grilled Mexican prawns, miso butter, yuzu kosho

 

Bourekas Benedict, spinach, feta, poached eggs, hollandaise

 

Dukkah spice Fisherman sandwich, crispy branzino, salsa verde, preserved lemon aioli

 

Avocado toast, C'eor sourdough, local poached eggs, sumac onion, crispy seeds

 

Kzizot dagim, local bream, tahini yogurt grilled veggies, tahi basil

 

Heirloom chicken Schnitzel, mash potatoes

 

French toast, challah bread, creme fraishe, peach jam

 

Carmel waygu burger, brioche bun, jalapeno mayo, lettuce tomato onion
