Denae’s, a modern-day interpretation of the classic diner, will open inside DTLA’s The Delphi Hotel. The playful and nostalgic menu features a unique take on chicken & waffles with a spiced maple syrup, caviar bumps, and a craveable smash burger. Offering classic milk shakes and plenty of pies including Blueberry Cheese Pie, Denae's whimsical menu seamlessly blends old with new.
