Two Hommes started March 2020 after both men left their job. Not fine dining but fly dining. Both men have a parent from West Africa and a parent from LA so they combined everything they know to make amazing food. Chef Mando went to culinary school after the Navy. Chef A B started cooking at 7-8 helping his uncle with his catering company. He graduated culinary school after high school.
