MIX the TV series has been airing on DirecTV for since 2016. It is one of the first to be shot, edited and broadcast in 4K UHD. Have visited over 60 bars in Los Angeles, Orange County Ventura, Santa Barbara & Palm Springs, and give a good idea of what to expect from all of them.
Host, Tamee Harrison and Head Barman Scott Cushman join Neil and tell us all about it.
Tatham Maree Harrison aka Tamee Harrison is an acclaimed Music Artist and TV Host. A former European Warner Music solo recording artist, her music accomplishments include four top-10s, two top-20s, National Music Awards, multiple Austrian Amadeus Music Award nominations, the UN Honorary Medal for her support and concerts for the UN troops in Kosovo and Syria and thousands of shows and performances across the globe. For the past 6 years, Tamee has hosted the most successful travel/mixology TV show “MIX”, which airs weekly on DirecTV and is streamed on multiple, global online streaming services such as PlutoTV, Tubi and Amazon Prime Video.
Scott Cushman has been bartending for 16 years. Before the pandemic he was the Director of Beverage for LA based bar Group CIRCA 93, where he taught five Mixology Classes per week. For the past year, Cush built a bar in his house where he teaches Mixology classes to Private Parties, Corporations (Intel, Dell, Lowes, to name a few), and free classes every night but Sunday on youtube at 6pm PST. He is also the Co-host and Head Mixologist for Mix Cocktail Hour. Cush has written for television and taught improv at Improv Olympic in Los Angeles.
