The Whole Purpose's Kelly Lam Back Again With More Healthy Tips

Kelly Lam is back! Summer is around the corner and our Summer bodies are loading.

Kelly has amazing ways to get fit and some yummy drinks that are really good for you.

You want to try this!

TWP Detox Tea

1 ounce of fresh peeled ginger

1 cinnamon stick

1 tsp of cardamom seeds

10 fresh cranberries

2 bags of milk thistle tea

2 bags of dandelion root tea

5 cups of filtered water 1 organic lemon halved

Directions: Place lemon (with rind), cinnamon sticks, cardamom, cranberries, and ginger in a large saucepan, add water and boil for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and add tea bags. Cover and seep 25 minutes, strain into a large pitcher. Serve either hot or cold
