The Woodshed in Orange County specializes in premium firewood and gourmet cooking wood. We met their team recently at the BBQ competition at the Queen Mary, and couldn't believe how knowledgeable and talented they are at cooking meats!

Patty Sharpe is the owner of The Woodshed, and she knows everything there is to know about grilling with wood.
She joined us in studio with Ed Williams, Pitmaster for Sharpe Gourmet Cooking Wood Competition BBQ Team. Their team has competed in most of the Kansas City BBQ Society sanctioned events in California, Arizona, Colorado, and they've even competed in the Jack Daniels Invitational and The American Royal Invitational!
