On March 31, 2019, Simon Majumdar is helping with the fundraising by cooking a dinner with a new arrival, Naseema Kashefi, who came with her family to the US in 2016. Her husband was an interpreter for the US military in Afghanistan and their family was granted a visa to move to the US. Simon and Naseema will cook together and prepare a menu that we hope will not only nourish your bellies but also assist new arrivals.
