Füde is a liberating space that celebrates our most pure selves, through plant based cooking, art, nuditity & self love. Our experiences are curated by facilitators from a variety of industries, each bringing their own unique perspective to Füde's goal of helping participants connect with their pure selves. The activities offered in our space are diverse and may include breathwork, chanting/ vocal toning, yoga, meditation, sound bath healing, movement, art, life drawing, writing prompts, cooking classes and informative workshops. In addition to the activities mentioned above, our events also offer workshops on topics such as mindfulness, self-care, and personal development. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive space where participants can explore their authentic selves and connect with others on a deeper level. We believe that through vulnerability, expansion, and connection, we can all find our purest selves and experience true transformation.
