It's a bird! It's a plane? Nope! It's your Amazon order delivered via drone!
Amazon announced it will begin to deliver packages via drone in Lockeford, California later this year and will use feedback from the pilot program to improve the system.
So far, the drone technology Amazon will be using can detect and move around obstacles like chimneys.
The drone is also capable of detecting people, animals or other obstacles and can safely deliver packages while avoiding them.
The company received clearance from the FAA over two years ago and other major retailers, like Walmart have already begun flying deliveries.
