On Monday in Nashville, Tennessee, 20 year old Spencer Boston was called before Judge Haywood Barry for a drug possession charge, only to pull quite the prank in court that lead to his arrest, USA TODAY reported.
After Boston was called up to the podium, he expressed his stance on marijuana to Judge Barry, stating that he believed it should be legalized, and then closed his argument by lighting and then smoking a marijuana cigarette right in the middle of court.
Boston was immediately taken into custody for pulling such a shenanigan during his hearing, but not without stirring up commotion within the courtroom.
Since the incident, Boston has been charged with possession and disorderly conduct.
