No one seems to want Ralphie... He's a cute package on the outside, but a terror on the inside!
He's just been surrendered to the Niagara SPCA after his second owners couldn't put up with him. He only lasted with them for 12 days. The owners said that he kept annoying their older dog. That was their excuse to get rid of him, but the shelter saw it a different way, “What they actually meant was: Ralphie is a fire-breathing demon and will eat our dog, but hey, he’s only 26lbs.”
The shelter is not hiding his behavioral issues to potential adopters. He can be overprotective of his kennel and has a history of biting.
To help get him in line, he is being enrolled in an "intensive six-week training program."
