Former LA County Sheriff Alex Villanueva will now run for a seat on Los Angeles County's Board of Supervisors. He will run against District 4's incumbent commissioner Janice Hahn. Villanueva was Sheriff from 2018-2022 until he lost his re-election bid against Sheriff Robert Luna last November.
