The arraigned, Idaho killings suspect, Bryan Kohberger arrived on Tuesday to the Monroe County Courthouse in Pa., via a prison transport van, cuffed up and wore a red jumpsuit, and was escorted to the back of the courthouse by armed law enforcement as he is seeking to waive the extradition back to Idaho.
Kohberger displayed a sleepless and hostile look, showcasing zero emotions for the alleged actions and all while, remaining silent as the photogs captured his arrival.
He is being represented by Monroe County Public Defender Jason LaBar in the region’s Court of Common Pleas.
"Should be presumed innocent until proven otherwise” — a statement his family echoed in a Sunday statement saying they are cooperating in the investigation to “seek the truth and promote his presumption of innocence rather than judge unknown facts and make erroneous assumptions," said LaBar.
The state law mandates to not release the probable cause affidavit and until he is transported to the Idaho court.
