A nation-leading bill that will increase the authority and protections of more than 500,000 fast food workers was adopted by California lawmakers on Monday.
This may the biggest victory for fast food workers.
Service Employees International Union President Mary Kay Henry told AP News, “This legislation is a huge step forward for workers in California and all across the country,”.
