This week's Hack in a Dumpster segment is devoted to a very bad hack. Hasan Ikhrata is the Executive Director of the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG), and he's a former Soviet central planner who wants the government to control your life.
He wants congestion pricing in Los Angeles, which would basically make regular roads toll roads. He's also a proponent of putting "black boxes" in peoples' cars and tracking how much they drive and where they go. This guy is nuts!
