A Movie Under the Stars...

Spokesperson Linda B. Hall joins the Mo’Kelly Show to share information about Autism Awareness Month and a very special Movie Under the Stars.

April is Autism Awareness month, 1 in 68 children in the United States are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Persons diagnosed with ASD often times have multiple diagnoses…e.g. CP, ADHD, Epilepsy, and intellectual disabilities.

In an effort to bring the community together and raise Autism Awareness; The inClusion ClubHouse and the Academy for Advancement of Children with Autism (AACA) is hosting a “Movie Under the Stars” screening of the family classic “The Sandlot” on Friday April 28th (Gates will open at 5:30 and the movie will start at 7:30 pm).

This event takes place on the AACA campus in Chatsworth at 10824 Topanga Canyon Blvd.

On site providing families with information about Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) will be the Inclusion Clubhouse, We Rock the Spectrum, The Legacy Center, Ride On Therapeutic Horsemanship and AACA Adaptive Skills Training. There will even be goodie bags provided by Lakeshore Learning in Northridge…While supplies last.

For more information call AACA at (818) 882-0200
