LANCASTER (CNS) - An investigation was underway Friday after a man was pronounced dead at the scene in Lancaster.
Homicide investigators responded to the 3600 block of East Avenue H-4 shortly after 4:45 p.m. Friday to reports of an unresponsive man, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
The man was examined and pronounced dead at the scene.
It was unclear what caused the man's death or if authorities were seeking a person of interest.
