Police Seek Public's Help to Find Missing 76-Year-Old Long Beach Man

LONG BEACH (CNS) - Authorities asked the public's help Thursday in locating an at-risk 76-year-old man who went missing in Long Beach.

James Foster was last seen around 7:30 a.m. Thursday leaving his living facility in the 1000 block of East 4th Street, according to the Long Beach Police Department.

Foster was described as a 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing around 194 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and brown cowboy boots.

He is in a wheelchair, and his destination is unknown, police said.

Police said Foster has cognitive conditions and struggles with clear communication, according to police.
