LOS ANGELES (CNS) - Comedian Trevor Noah is nominated for a Grammy Award, and Thursday he announced he will be hosting the show for the fourth time.

He made the announcement Thursday on his podcast, "What Now? With Trevor Noah."

"I'm hosting the Grammys. I'm excited about that, yeah," Noah said on his podcast. "It's a lot of fun. I enjoy the Grammys because I get to watch the show in person and then experience and comment on it in person while it's happening."

The 66th Grammy Awards are scheduled for Feb. 4 at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles and will be broadcast live on CBS.

Noah could become the second person to host and win a Grammy Award on the same night. Kenny Rogers hosted and won the best male vocal performance award for "The Gambler in 1980.

Noah's "I Wish You Would" is nominated for best comedy album.

Noah will be the host of the Grammy Awards for the fourth year in a row. He also has a new comedy show, "Where Was I" on Netflix, that debuts on Tuesday.
