Two Men Wanted in Armed Home-Invasion Robbery in North Hollywood

NORTH HOLLYWOOD (CNS) - Two men who allegedly committed an armed home-invasion robbery today in North Hollywood were being sought.

The crime occurred about 7:20 a.m. in the 5900 block of Tujunga Avenue, the Los Angeles Police Department reported. According to police, the suspects took about $20,000 in currency, along with jewelry. No injuries were reported.

One man was armed with a handgun and the other was armed with an AK-47 assault rifle, police said. They fled in a black BMW. Anyone with information on the case was urged to call 877-LAPD-247.
