LOS ANGELES (CNS) - A person fell or jumped from a high-rise building in downtown Los Angeles today and died, authorities said.
Firefighters sent to the 100 block of South Figueroa Street at about 10:05 a.m. on a report of a jumper reported that the person had fallen about 11 stories, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the person was outside a window, jumped or fell from the building, and was fatally injured.
Information on the person's identity was not immediately available
