LOS ANGELES (CNS) - Authorities today identified two men who were killed in a crash involving a big rig in the Tujunga area.
The two-vehicle collision was reported just before 5:25 p.m. Monday on the westbound Foothill (210) Freeway near La Tuna Canyon Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Modesto Talamantes, 51, and Thomas Ornelaz, 40, both from San Fernando, died at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County coroner's office.
The circumstances of the crash were under investigation.
