The city of Phoenix AZ has a homeless problem much like LA. Phoenix has what is called, "THE ZONE" which is much like LA's skid row.
Phoenix elected officials are just as horrible as LA's, both fail to enforce laws on homelessness.
Phoenix businesses and property owners had enough of their goon officials and sued the city for failure to protect their rights....AND THEY WON ! A judge ruled "THE ZONE" must be dismantled by August.
