John & Ken talked to Alexandra Kazarian, the attorney for Nicholas Gutierrez who caused mulitple injuries to dozens of LA County Sheriff recruits.
She told John & Ken that the young man simply fell asleep at the wheel leading to the horrific crash.
She also addressed his facial injuries, saying they did not happen because of the crash and hinted that those on scene may be at fault.
We'll see how this all plays out and if Gascon will file charges.
