Thanks @realDonaldTrump for the invitation for @WarrenKusumoto and I to meet with you and your Cabinet next Wed at the White House. This is a true honor for @CityOfLosAl. #SB54 #SanctuaryCities https://t.co/TsAUHQ1ZQU— Troy Edgar (@Troy_Edgar) May 12, 2018
This week President Trump has invited leaders from Orange County to the White House to discuss immigration and California's Sanctuary State laws.
Los Alamitos Mayor Troy Edgar, Councilman Warren Kusumoto, and Orange County Supervisor Michelle Steel are going to Washington, D.C. this Wednesday.
Los Alamitos is one of many Orange County cities to take a stand against SB 54, the Sanctuary State bill that prohibits local law enforcement from working with federal immigration authorities.
There is a Revolution going on in California. Soooo many Sanctuary areas want OUT of this ridiculous, crime infested & breeding concept. Jerry Brown is trying to back out of the National Guard at the Border, but the people of the State are not happy. Want Security & Safety NOW!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) April 18, 2018
