24-year-old Collin James Daniel was driving drunk in Spring Hill Florida when he crashed into mailboxes and cars. After continuing and "colliding with many objects" he parked his car and confronted a passerby walking his dog.
Daniel decided it would be a good idea to fight the man with the German Shepherd dog. It wasn't.
Police announced that Daniel's actions were related to his .316 blood alcohol content. Any BAC higher than .36 can be fatal and that vital reflexes like BREATHING can be shut off at around .35 BAC.
