41-year-old Alejandro Hernandez Garcia from San Juan Capistrano is accused of raping two teenagers is facing seven felony charges including:
- Forcible rape
- Sexual penetration by a foreign object
The first assault happened on July 13, 2016 in a residential area of San Juan Capistrano.
Prosecutors say Garcia approached a 16-year-old girl who knew him by his nickname Tiburon, which is Spanish for shark. Garcia pulled her into a garage, locked the door, and sexually assaulted her.
On August 18, 2016 Garcia met a 19-year-old woman who was lost in Santa Ana. He gave the woman alcohol containing an illegal drug and then he sexually assaulted her in the backseat of his car.
A year after the first assault, he returned to the San Juan Capistrano neighborhood where the 16-year-old victim live. She recognized him and reported him to the Orange County Sheriff's Department.
If Garcia is convicted he faces up to 98 years in prison. This guy deserves to rot in prison forever.
