A video shared online shows travelers and an employee involved in a brawl at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, which included whacking each other with "Wet Floor" signs, last week.

The clip, which was shared on X, shows a man in a white t-shirt violently swinging the sign while fighting two other people, both of whom were wearing black hoodies, in an American Airlines terminal on December 12. An airport employee is also seen swinging a wet floor sign at the back of the man in the white shirt while the brawl took place.

The men continued to trade punches before the man in the white yanked out several dreadlocks off one of the other travelers' head, at which point he was cornered by the three men and threatened to use a metal stanchion before the violent encounter ceased.

Chicago Police responded to the incident, however, no arrests were made and a report wasn't generated, a spokesperson for the department confirmed to the New York Post on Wednesday (December 18). It's unclear what caused the brawl and why the airport employee was involved.

The Chicago Department of Aviation, which oversees O'Hare International Airport, refrained from addressing the incident, instead directing the New York Post to the Chicago Police Department when requested for comment, according to the newspaper.
