- According to a report from Oxfam, the five wealthiest people in the world - Elon Musk, Bernard Arnault, Jeff Bezos, Larry Ellison, and Mark Zuckerberg - have more than doubled their money since 2020, increasing their combined wealth from $405 billion to $869 billion.
- Meanwhile, the same report claims that more than five billion people worldwide have gotten poorer since 2020.
