LOS ALAMITOS (CNS) - A person was killed during a two-vehicle crash Saturday morning on the San Gabriel River (605) Freeway in Los Alamitos, authorities said.
The crash occurred at 1:50 a.m. on the northbound freeway at the Katella Avenue offramp, the California Highway Patrol reported.
A black vehicle struck a white vehicle, causing it to go off the offramp, the CHP said. One person was trapped inside the white vehicle and another person was ejected from the white vehicle.
A representative from the coroner's office was dispatched to the location at 2:25 a.m.
There was no other information available.
