Priscilla Presley has filed court documents that seek to remove her grandchildren from Lisa Marie Presley's will -- and replace them with herself.
- Priscilla Presley is challenging a 2016 amendment to the will, which removed her and her former business manager, and replaced them with Lisa Marie's children, Riley and Benjamin, who's since died. The suit claims the amendment isn't valid for the following reasons: 1) Priscilla never received a copy of the amendment as required by law; 2) Priscilla's name is misspelled; 3) The paper wasn't notarized; and 4) Lisa Marie's signature looks different than it usually did.
- Lisa Marie Presley died on January 12th after suffering from apparent cardiac arrest in her Los Angeles home. She was 54 years old.
