LOS ANGELES (CNS) - A man who allegedly broke into a parked Mercedes- Benz G-Class SUV in the Los Feliz area was in a standoff with police Friday.
Officers went to the 1700 block of North Mariposa Avenue about 11 a.m., according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
According to police, a neighbor reported seeing a man breaking into the vehicle and called authorities, who went there and surrounded it with the man inside.
The standoff was continuing early Friday afternoon, as officers worked to take the man into custody. No injuries have been reported.
