Amtrak Suspends Service Due To Winter Storm

Severe winter weather sweeping across the U.S. has forced Amtrak to cancel service in some areas.

  • A number of routes covering the Midwest have been suspended, while Northeast Corridor routes remain in service.
  • Cancellations could last through Christmas Day on Sunday.
