A report looking at brand intimacy found that out of 600 brands Trader Joe's scored the highest. Marketing agency MBLM conducted the report and they defined brand intimacy as "the emotional science that measures the bonds we form with the brands we use and love." Apparently, over 50% of those asked had some form of brand intimacy with the popular grocery chain.
